Following Closely

When a disciple in the 1st century followed a rabbi, he was to follow so closely that he would be covered by the dust kicked up from the rabbi’s feet. Likewise, as we follow Jesus, we are called to be disciples that follow Him so closely that we are covered by His life and ways. We are to be changed and made more like Him in our apprenticeship with Jesus. Sometimes, however, we fall short and we need some help to become intentional about encountering Jesus in our everyday life. Join us as we rediscover how to follow Jesus so closely that we experience a transforming friendship with Him.
